LG Najib Jung recommends President's rule in Delhi

Delhi Lt Governor Najeeb Jung has recommended for President's rule in his report submitted to the President on Saturday on the follow up action in the wake of resignation of the Aam Aadmi Party Government.
LG has also rejected recommendation for dissolution of Delhi Assembly and suggested suspended animation of Delhi assembly.  The Lt Governor has forwarded the report along with the resignation of the Government and the Cabinet's recommendation.  The final decision on whether to bring the national capital under a spell of central rule or dissolve the House for holding elections along with Lok Sabha polls as recommended by the outgoing cabinet will emerge once the President takes a call on the report.
Earlier BJP Leader Dr. Harshvardhan said the BJP don't have the numbers to form the government. Arvind Kejriwal will now serve as caretaker Chief Minister of Delhi, after resigning from the Delhi Cabinet on Friday.  Delhi, being a Union Territory, it is the President who finally accepts the resignation letter of the Chief Minister.
